We’ve grown the headcount by 31% during 2018 to 26 full-time staff, Fabric shows no signs of slowing down entering 2019.
Carl Enser, Sales Director said “The growth in 2018 has been phenomenal, we pride ourselves on our customer service and having great staff is key to that. Finding the right staff has been a challenge, but we couldn’t be happier with the new hires we have taken on. We are still looking for staff going into 2019 and are forecasting high growth yet again.”
The growth has come across all areas of the business with hires to support Azure cloud migrations, Dynamics 365 development and Microsoft 365 deployments across the UK.

As well as hiring more skilled staff through 2018 there has been some important internal promotions to key management positions. Adam Gorton became Service Delivery Manager taking on the responsibility for our service desk, and field service engineers and Fiona Hawthorne has been promoted to Office Manager to ensure our front of house process are the best in the business.
