Fabric IT have been acquired by Circle in strategic Microsoft Partner acquisition

You may have already seen our latest exciting update and as a valued customer, we wanted to give you some further information on this news ourselves. We are thrilled to announce that we have been acquired by the IT solutions company, Circle, based in Cardiff and are now a part of the Circle Group. This takes the Group to £25 million in turnover and over 100 employees.

We will continue to operate autonomously as ‘business as usual’, so, this exciting news won’t affect how we operate and nothing will change for you. What it does mean is that as well as enhancing our Microsoft Cloud capabilities, Circle bring with them their expertise in cyber security, data centre services, critical infrastructure support, back-up and disaster recovery and networking, including a 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre.
