Fabric IT Joins Arrow Business Communications in Exciting Acquisition

Fabric IT

Fabric IT, as part of the Circle Group, is joining leading IT and Telecoms solutions provider Arrow Business Communications in a major acquisition for the group.

Arrow has acquired the Circle Group in a strategic move to expand their product offering through Circle’s expertise in cloud solutions, networking and managed support. Circle’s Microsoft Tier 1 CSP partner status alongside Fabric IT’s accreditations in Microsoft Dynamics enables Arrow to offer the full Microsoft suite of solutions and benefit from the extensive experience across both public and private sectors.

Fabric IT recently joined the Circle Group with the acquisition in March of this year. This latest strategic move will see Fabric continue to thrive and develop through the opportunities the acquisition will bring.

Circle’s Founder, Roger Harry, becomes a major shareholder within the Arrow Group and will play an important role in the strategy and the growth of the business moving forward. The existing senior leadership team as well as all other employees will remain in their current roles, with operations carrying on as normal.

David Jones, CEO of the Circle Group, commented:

“This is a further exciting step in the growth of Fabric IT. We have already seen the business go from strength to strength over the last 6 months and this acquisition further strengthens our portfolio, whilst retaining our core capabilities. With our existing leadership team and our employees remaining in their current roles operations will carry on as normal striving to deliver service excellence to our clients.”

Richard Burke, CEO of Arrow Communications, has also commented on the acquisition:

“I am really excited to welcome the Circle and Fabric teams into the Arrow family. The cultural alignment of the businesses has stood out throughout the acquisition process and the high level of technical skill sets across the organisations will enhance Arrow’s cloud, Microsoft and networking capability even further. I’m sure the partnership moving forward will be a great success”.

We are really excited about what the future holds for Fabric.
