  • SLA - We provide a service level agreement to meet the timescales of our priority matrix.
  • Unlimited Support - As much IT support as you require for the day to day running of your business. We'll work remotely or come to your office for assistance.
  • Backup Monitoring - We ensure it's all going to plan so you don't have to.
  • Core Infrastructure Monitoring - We set up remote monitoring on your servers, switches, routers etc. so we can begin work and alert you straight away if an issue arises.
  • Dedicated Account Manager - We select an account manager who will get to know your business and recommend the latest technologies to increase productivity.
  • Monthly Account Meeting - Monthly catch-ups enable us to adapt your IT environment to suit your needs and requirements.
