If you are considering introducing a customer relationship management IT solution to your business, or upgrading your current CRM, then Navision and Microsoft Dynamics 365 may be two of the options you have in mind. CRM is such a crowded field, it’s easy to be confused by all the possibilities. But here’s a simple way to make it less confusing. Cross Navision off your list. Because Dynamics 365 and Navision are not two different products at all. In fact…
Navision originated in Denmark in 1983 as a single user software product purely for accounting. It gradually evolved into a multi-user enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and was acquired by Microsoft in 2002, with the name changed to Dynamics NAV. As new versions arrived, new functionalities were added. In 2018 it became part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 universe, and in 2019 it was renamed Business Central.
As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we at Fabric have implemented Dynamics 365 for hundreds of businesses. We recommend Dynamics 365 Business Central as the most effective cloud-based CRM solution for small to mid-sized businesses.
• It enables you to prioritise sales leads based on anticipated revenue and track all customer interactions
• It analyses customer behaviour, providing insights into the best upsell, cross sell and resell strategies.
• You can speed up the quote to sale process, respond more quickly to sales enquiries, process payments... and thanks to seamless integration with Microsoft Office 365, you can accomplish all this within Outlook.
