When considering a new phone system or updating an existing one, there are several things to think about.
VoIP or Voice Over Internet Protocol is a telephone communications system that uses the internet to transfer data. All you need is an internet connection. Compared to traditional methods, VoIP setups are more straightforward. The devices are pre-configured, so need to be plugged into a network port to enable them to work. These devices often provide a network passthrough option. The passthrough option means no further infrastructure would be needed on top of the existing setup.

Once the system is set up, you can continue to increase the network of handsets with ease. They can be set up using the management portal for a quick installation. If you need to add extra external numbers, these can be added to the system quickly. This allows for expansion internally and externally.
